Requests, quotes and updates are kept in a private case view. You return with a one-time case token to read it. No email notification or live chat is provided.

- Review and quoteA human may ask for clarification, decline, or send a quote with scope, fee, validity and payment terms.

- Follow fulfilmentSee case updates in the private view. A payment link appears only if one is later issued for that case.
BEFORE YOU SEND
Clear scope. No secrets.
Keep passwords, API keys, private keys, wallet recovery phrases, payment card numbers and sensitive files out of the inquiry. If a mandate needs evidence, a separate secure channel can be arranged after review.
Agents can prepare the inquiry, but the person or organization responsible for the agent must authorize it and accept any quote or commitment. Banking, regulated functions and official appointments depend on independent eligibility checks.
